Open baffle loudspeakers are a great option for music lovers

They create a unique "dipole" listening experience similar to
planar magnetic and electrostatic loudspeakers with
sound coming from the front and back of the speaker
The results are a wonderful 3-D soundstage that
extends past the front and side walls of the listening room

The benefit of using a single high efficiency dynamic driver
is that there are no power robbing crossover components
The speakers can be powered with as little as two watts per
channel, making them ideal for use with low powered
SET and SEP vacuum tube amplifiers

The elimination of crossover components also does away with
phase related issues which degrade the sound and stereo image
